Malibu Ranch LLC: Where Family Meets Farm
Malibu Ranch LLC is a licensed, family-owned farm in the heart of Utah, offering responsibly bred Giant Schnauzer puppies, horseback riding lessons, horse boarding, and seasonal farm experiences. What started as a small family passion has grown into a trusted local business committed to raising healthy, well-socialized animals and creating memorable connections between people and farm life.
All of our puppies are raised in-home and on the farm, where they receive early exposure to kids, cats, dogs, goats, and horses. We prioritize genetic health (with Embark-tested parents), proper veterinary care, and a loving environment so each puppy leaves confident, healthy, and ready to thrive in their forever home. Our puppies come with a health guarantee and a thoughtfully prepared welcome kit to ensure a smooth transition.
In addition to our breeding program, Malibu Ranch provides beginner-friendly horseback riding lessons, full-care horse boarding, and other services that invite families to experience the joy of ranch life.

I live quite a distance away and there have been multiple times where kirsi has called me to let me know she would be blanketing my horse before weather hit because she knew I wouldn’t have time to make it down there. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares for each horse as if they were her own. On top of that my mare is a very hard keeper. Kirsi always makes sure my girl is getting enough to eat. I have never had to tell her that she needs to feed my horse more. I am super grateful there are still good barns out there.”

She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re accomplishing what you want and moving in the direction you want. She herself is constantly learning more and you can feel confident she is teaching the best horsemanship. She’s patient with children and with horses. Her horses are very well trained and I learn something new every time I ride and/or visit Malibu. Every student is a friend and it is a joy to watch her teach. After having a rather poor experience with another local riding school, I can say I’m happier riding than I’ve been in months, progressing more quickly, getting more confident, and feeling like a name and not just a number.
